Our Story, so far.

ClearShine was started by Jeremy Hawthorn and Carlos Bustamante. Even though they have different last names, they are actually blood related brothers.

Jeremy comes from an entrepreneurial background with a strong education in marketing and growing businesses. It was the sustainability of a business like window cleaning that attracted Jeremy to the field and got him to start his own company. He understands that no business can have real long-term success without taking care of its customers first and implements this core value into the fabric of ClearShine.

Carlos also has a successful history of independent business experience and has taken his skills on the road all across the United States with one of the nations leading wood carving companies, California Redwood Signs.

Together, these brothers decided they wanted to start a business in Phoenix that they could be known for and grow into one of the areas most admired service companies. With that goal in mind ClearShine was launched and made outstanding progress in its very first month in business. Since then ClearShine has developed numerous business partnerships as well as a solid marketing plan that continues to produce many satisfied customers.

Ruben Bustamante later joined the company to add his own expertise in marketing and business growth. His help has pushed ClearShine to reach new heights and gain more credibility in the Phoenix Metro marketplace.

Clearshine's goal is to be a top choice window cleaning in the Valley and eventually develop a premier system that can be replicated for franchising across the nation. We believe our skills in business development and customer satisfaction will carry us far enough to reach the goals we've decided to achieve.
